Marc Mesh is $

This mesh is the real deal guys. It lasts forever, some players have had it for 4 years. It is water proof, stretch proof and forms to your throwing style. The downside is that is is $37 which is a ton for mesh, but it lasts forever, and is the most important part of equipment you can buy IMO. I got mine for free, but if you can get your hands on it you'll see how nice it is. If you are going back east there will be demo's to test it out.

Unless its changed, I understand NFHS and NCAA rules prohibit the mesh from being dyed white to mimic the look as if the ball was in the pocket. At least they offer solid colors. Looks pretty interesting but for 37 bucks not sure if I'll be buying any anytime soon. Wonder why they dont have just plain white?

I got some a little while ago and it is definitely not the miracle product they claim it is.

The one thing that's really dissapointing is that it's nothing more than treated soft mesh. I compared it side by side to a piece of cheap soft mesh I had taken out of a stick I restrung for someone and it is exactly the same. The only difference is that it's treated with some stuff that seems like car wax. The "mesh butter" as they call it doesn't actually add any grip but it does resist water very well. However for one tenth the price the composite mesh I get from stringer's shack does the same thing.

The one thing I will say is that the sidewall string is very nice and the shooters aren't bad.

That's what it is suppossed to be like. It is suppossed to mimc traditional, without bagging out and maintaining a consitent pocket. Soft isn't for everyone, but for guys like me who learned on the leather pocket it is pretty nice. Stringers shack is very nice also, it was just way to hard for me ( I had GII 10 and 7 d)
