Look for the bears to take Mendenhall in the 1st round and bring some life back to the Chicago running game.
Watch out for the Cowboys if they are to get Boldin or Williams.
Look at this possible secondary for the boys. Pac Man Jones, Terrence Newman (Pro Bowler), Roy Williams (bad cover guy, but good against the run) and Ken Hamlin (Pro Bowler). With Anthony Henry coming off the bench as the Nickelback (as a nickelback in Cleveland he recorded 12 int's). Pacman is going to boost the Boys' D incredibly.
Here's hoping they can get Felix Jones out of Arkansas with the 28
NFL Draft

I agree that he will do that, provided there are no strip clubs in the state of Texas.

I'm sure you've at least driven around Dallas . It'll be like a kid in a candy store. That guy is a joke.

All I know is there was one that we found last year that BYOB, so amazing. I had never heard of such a thing. Just wild.

I've heard that's quite the popular trend. Nothing like seeing a bunch of guys show up at the club with a rolling cooler in tow.

Does anyone think that this is the most absurd draft of recent memory? It blows 2007 out of the water easily. The top tier players went about where they were expected, but the rest of the upper echelon guys were all over the place. I'm not sure what the GMs were thinking today.

There were a handful (MAYBE) of picks that I didn't think were ridiculous considering who was out there. It was almost comical.
I think Aaron Rodgers and Jon Beck might have had the worst days however. After the Brohm pick, I'm hoping Favre makes a return to really throw a wrench in the works.

I have never been an advocate of drafting a quarterback unless you can sit him for at least a year to learn. I like the Ravens and hope Flacco is the real deal..kid can flat out throw! but not everyone can invoke the Gods of Peyton Manning in the rookie season.
I just miss football, and can wait for next season.

Stupid stupid Bears. Matt Forte from Tulane??? Could have had Brian Brohm or Chad Henne. Maybe even Ray Rice or Kevin Smith from USF.
Seriously thinking that Jerry Angelo needs to lose his job at this point. In my opinion, he really screwed up his first two picks.
Here's to a year of mediocrity.

NFL QB Wonderlic scores for 2008
Booty (USC) and Woodsen (Kentucky) got the lowest scores among QB's:

Brohm (Louisville) and Dixon (Oregon) were your two highest scorers.

I like what the Cowboys were able to do in the draft this year. Not only did they not get guys that can step in to major playing timein Jones and Jenkins, but they got 3 guys that can help out the Boys return game that was horrible last year, an athletic TE that will get significant playing time and another Marion Barber type runner that gives the cowboys great depth in the backfield.
I already feel better about a RB core of Marion (The Barbarian) Barber III, Felix Jones over Barber and the slowest guy in the backfield Julius Jones. I hope Seattle certainly enjoys Julius' jukes and jives before he even gets o the line of scrimage.
