go to where the press (IL, E-lax, etc) is and play at homewood.

San Diego...is there any better place in the country? I didn't think so either!
If you ever fall off the Sears Tower, just go real limp, because maybe you'll look like a dummy and people will try to catch you because, hey, free dummy.

Despite interest on the part of the MCLA organization, no one from the San Diego area has ever submitted a proposal to host the event.

I have been able to attend the past few mcla championships as a player with UST and I have to agree with some past posts, both for and against the current location. I think field wise, it is amazing. Pizza Hut Park is a great venue, in and of itself. But, the surrounding proximity is a bit undesirable for traveling teams and supporters.
Ideally, I like Denver. I think it is growing as one of the new "hubs" of lacrosse and has been for a while. Plus, I think that the weather is wonderful and the area is great and still pretty centrally located.
That being said, I do understand there are extenuating circumstances and its not as clean cut as "that place sounds good, lets go for it" Also, why mess with a good thing? The area in Dallas might not be ideal, but the MCLA puts on a helluva event and it gets better every year.
I must say I am opposed to moving it to the location that the NCAAs are for many reasons. I have been to 3 or 4 of those memorial day weekends, and they are awesome... but I do not want the MCLA chips to become some sideshow; j.v. tourney preceding the "main event." I really like that we have a separate product and that we do it on our own. I would like to keep it that way.
