Maybe if his daughter was hot, I could understand where this guy is coming from. But did you see her? woof

They've both had sex with other people and produced other off spring, I don't see why they needed to create a child with a 40% chance of genetic problems that may not reveal themselves until later.
In addition to the other illegal and irresponsible things, deliberately creating a child with that kind of genetic inheritance is immoral. And he is quoted saying the sex was "absolutely fantastic". That's like the daughter in the movie "Vacation" bragging that "my daddy french kisses best".

I just feel horrible for the daughter who is going to be raised in this situation and for the two kids she brought along for the ride. Not to mention like Jana said the possibilities of health issues

The "ick" factor is extremely high here. I don't think anyone (or very many people) approve on this sort of thing for social reasons.
However, I've read that the risk of genetic problems from one-off inbreeding is not anywhere near as high as one would think. Systematic inbreeding is a different matter, as the more inbred generations you get the higher the probability of recessive genes causing problems. Most of the things I've read have talked about cousins, though. The risk with direct relatives is bound to be higher (although maybe not as high as you'd think): brothers and sisters share about 25% of their genetic material, and this unfortunate father-daughter couple shares 50%.
