RMLC D2 conference champions 2001-2007

I'm just putting the finishing touches on a RMLC D2 trophy (since it's been 7 years a second division has been around and no trophy has been awarded.) and I can't seem to find an accurate record of who won the D2 championship every year.

Here's what I have:

2007 Westminster College
2006 Utah Valley State College
2005 Utah Valley State College
2004 Fort Lewis College
2003 Utah Valley State College
2002 Boise State College
2001 Utah Valley State College

Can someone confirm or deny that I have the correct teams and the correct spelling/titles?

2000 - Utah Valley State
1999 - Utah (then they moved up to DI)

1999 was the first year the RMILL did an official post-season.
