Damn, you know... I thought about it when I was making the list.... where's Tyler Pousson (FLC) go? Offensively, the Fort is probably the best in the league, but where does he fit? He didn't.... until tonight....
8, count them, 8 goals against UVSC. The game of his career!!!
1st team all the way - pulling out the stops when it counts. I wish I could've been there - I bet he scored 'em all from the X, tip-toein' the crease, hidin' it low, shootin' high!
The signature Pous - i've seen it many a time against Western and the Gunnison Gorillas.

Matt Cawley, d-man from the Fort deserves a look. Best shutdown and takeaway man in D2 that I've seen. Dude is only like 5'8" but he plays like he's 6'2". And Tyler Pousson is just filthy.

there is no way you can overlook metro's goalie, guy is intimidating, and highest save % in the league right now against some pretty good teams..

Jake Barnes - Attack - Westminster, needs to make atleast second team. needs to. he's our heady point guard at that position.

I agree about Barnes, he led the offense against us. And Metro's goalie is a game changer. We play in one hell of a conference, so many ballers.

from montana state, Mariani should be a 1st teamer without a doubt.
Ben Weber and Ethan Vandermark, our two face off guys, have been absolutely dominant this season and should get some recognition (i'm not sure if there is a separate category for face off guys or not).
There are so many good players in this conference and on our team who might not score that many points but do all the other things right; make the big plays when it matters, come up with groundballs time after time, that its hard to single them out when you only play a team once a year if at all.

G Blair Beougher:
141 Saves, 63 Goals Against, 0.691 Save Percentage, 7.88 Goals Against Average
On top of being a new team, we have a new goalie this season from our independent season last year. Most teams got to see Zac Steinman between the pipes for us last season who was an absolute stud. Unfortunately, he couldn't play this season but Blair has impressed everyone. I'd also like to remind everyone that Blair was not able to play in our game against Colorado School of Mines in the first week of the season. He had some family obligations that weekend and we threw a middie in the cage. We lost that game with or without him in the pipes due to NO offensive production, but Blair has changed some games for us. Without him, we don't beat UNC, Creighton and many other teams, and we get blown out by Montana State and company.
I might able to make a case for Attackman Mike Romett (24 points in last two games), but I won't be that guy.
Just when I thought the DII poll was the hardest thing to vote for...
