You have got to be kidding me? This could be a very rough week for USC.

I was not talking of any specific team, just saying there are a lot of important games being played this weekend with playoff implications, especially in DII. And in DI, with teams traveling to Oregon and Arizona and two teams playing Whittier, we will be able to see which teams can hang against top caliber opponents.

And yes, USC's lineup this week is brutal.

LMU 6 Whittier 18 (Whittier will show no mercy)
Michigan 16 Arizona 10 (A shoot out in the desert but JP has too many weapons)
Chapman 14 USC 8 ? (Chapman has started slow against lesser opponents and coming off big win and week plus layoff could be subject to same, but if they show what they are made of could be a massacre )

Winner in bold
Loyola Marymount vs Whittier College: Not even going to be close. I would say something but I'll get censored again.

Michigan vs Arizona: I guess I can finally root for Michigan again. Assuming Michigan isn't penalized as much as ASU last week, Michigan has this one in the bag.

Chapman vs USC: Not going to be close. In order to beat Chapman, you need to play good team defense. USC just doesn't have it.

California vs Santa Clara: Winner of this game goes to playoffs. I'm picking Cal by a goal.

Chapman vs San Diego State: I mentioned defense being key to beating Chapman. Mike DeWan has so many different defenses that he might be able to confuse Chapman while confusing everyone on SDSU as well. I'de keep and eye on this game. Could be closer than most people think.

Cal Poly vs Sonoma: I like Aaron Meyers and his Cal Poly team, but it is tough to win at SSU. I know I misjudged Cal Poly in Arizona, but I think Sonoma is better than both Arizona teams.

USC vs Arizona State: I wasn't going to look too much into this game, but I think these two teams are mirror images of each other. ASU comes out with an edge due to their experience level.

USC vs Arizona: Too bad football is over. This will be the only interesting game this Sunday. Arizona has the edge though.

Whittier 13
LMU 6

Score was 4-3 at halftime. Lion's entire starting attack was out due to injury/sickness.
