How cold will it be in Arkansas?

There is a reason why we go to school in Mississippi

Update from Missouri State/ Arkansas game...

Missouri State 12
Arkansas 10

Box Score (By Quarter):
MoSt. 4 2 5 1
Ark. .. 2 3 2 3

Missouri State suffered a lot of penalties, including 2, 3-minute non-releaseables. Man Down Defense played very well. Missouri State was also without one of their 3 captains due to personal issues. Arkansas played well and once again they were excellent hosts. Many thanks to U of A for having us.

There was a scrimmage between LU and Fontbonne (D3) today. Former LU attackmen Patrick Zies, who now plays for Fontbonne, got hurt in the first half and had to go to the hospital with a pretty serious head injury. From what I heard the catscan was clean but keep him in your prayers.

Other than that I didn't see anything but the last 5 min. (thanks to work)

Scores from Missouri State/ Ole Miss- Iowa

MoSt 14
Ole Miss 5

MoSt 19

Missouri State's Offense really started to work together well. Missouri State was down a long pole captain. Thanks to Ole Miss and Iowa for the god games, and thanks to Arkansas for hosting the weekend.

In OT...
Dordt-5
Augsburg-4

second game...
Carleton College-7
Dordt-6

Dordt had a tough time finding the net against Augsburg. Against Carleton we were scoreless until the 2nd. Careleton came out hard after half and were up 7-3 going into the 4th. We started a come back but just ran out of time (or so we like to think... ha ha.) Good game by both teams, we appreciate them having us up.

Just got a message from someone on Iowa, they beat Arkansas in OT today.

Two big AA wins for Iowa this weekend. Not a bad way to start the season.

Missouri S&T 10 Kansas State 7

Missouri S&T 2-2-4-2
Kansas State 2-2-0-3

A nice day to be outside and both teams played hard. Thanks to Troy and Lindenwood for arranging this as the first game of the doubleheader afternoon with the Lindenwood - Fontbonne scrimmage following.

Iowa looked much improved from last season. The new coach up there has done them well thus far. They also added a VERY solid attackman to their offense who is one of the quickest I've seen in a while!
