Tough weekend for a&m, smu and Sam Houston state all pulling double headers.

There will be some interesting implications that arise from the a&m/NT game and a&m/SMU. This will be a good chance for NT and SMU to size up their teams vs a good team, as well as each other against a common opponent. i know matchup comparrisons have their faults, But interesting none the less, especially now that UT is gone from the north division, these two will probably be battling for playoff spots.

Why do you think A&M gets upset this early in the season? Or perhaps you think North Texas is currently underrated?

i think there are goin to be alot of great games this year. OU is getting better every year. smu is always a strong team getting lots of players from the east coast and being 50+ players deep. unt has a returning mvp and phillip johnson coming from coach ryan's ohio wesleyan team. im also interested to see how tcu matches up. of course aTm and ut always have good programs as well, and texas state is looking good too. this is going to be a great year of lacrosse, i cant wait. its good to see lsa teams with more than 1 or 2 top 25 opponents. any body have plans to go to the NCAA championships in Boston?

Trevor Hussey out for the season.

He hasn't played since he hurt his shoulder against TSU in May.

thats terrible, its never nice to see a good player seriously injured like that, even if he is an opponent. i hope he makes a full recovery when or if he does come back.

Only if I win a contest that includes travel, hotel and entertainment, but I don't feel like looking for one so, no. Just watching it on ESPN. What do you guys think of the site being moved from Baltimore? I think it'll be interesting to see how big of a turnout there is at Gillette compared to M&T. Or maybe it makes no difference at all, most fans will make the trip regardless.

On the big weekend coming up, I'm kind of looking forward to the Sam Houston UTA matchup. Two teams reemerging in the LSA, both with a lot to prove, should be entertaining.

He must have been accepted on one of those lacrosse scholarships you gave away and not academics!

Shrek, those academic scholarships are way too hard to get from Karl.

In the Dragon's defense, it seems he was trying to make an comparison between the skill/continually banged up secondary of the Giants, to the fact that A&M is playing two games this weekend.

On a more enthusiastic note, close to 15 days now until pitchers and catchers report to spring training. Woo-Hoo!
