Homegrown Lacrosse
Men's Pre-Season Collegiate Training
This year Homegrown has developed a Preseason Training Program that will help you prepare for your upcoming season. During the first two weeks of January, HG Director, Colin Achenbach, will be coordinating 4 one hour scrimmages followed by 1/2 hour speed training sessions. Our hope is that these sessions will help you keep your stick and legs fresh.
Registration is available online. space is limited to 40 players.

Where: Rosemount Irish Sports Dome.
Wed Jan 2 – Game 3:00 – 4:00pm: Speed Training 4:00 – 4:30pm
Fri Jan 4 – Game 3:00 – 4:00pm: Speed Training 4:00 – 4:30pm
Tue Jan 8 – Game 11:30 – 12:30pm: Speed Training 12:30 – 1:00pm
Tue Jan 10 – Game 11:30 – 12:30pm: Speed Training 12:30 – 1:00pm
Program Fee:
Games Only: $45
Games & Speed Training: $70
* Participants must be 18 years or older. *Priority will be given to current college athletes. Post-collegiate athletes are encouraged to fill out the registration form only. If there is space we will contact you about open sessions.
