Pitt State?
Just out of curiosity, what is the status of the Pitt State Lacrosse Program?

They aren't in any league, and in fact didn't even show up to our league meeting this year. However, with that being said, they did contact me and several other teams about setting up games this spring. I heard rumors that they backed out of some games last fall when they were trying to get things started.....can anyone confirm or deny this?

I do believe that they backed out of some last spring. I'll try to confirm later on today.

Pitt State was unable to play a scheduled game at Rolla last spring. They had not received their team equipment in time.
I believe they did play Newman University last year twice, in a home and away series. One of my former players, who was a Newman assistant coach, said Pitt State traveled light, approximately 11 players, and had approximately 16 players for their home game.
I believe Pitt State also missed a weekend of games at Harding last spring.
