Alex, I missed these games in the PNCLL thread too -- they don't appear on either the RMLC or PNCLL master schedules. They are all supposed to be played this week, however:
Linfield at Boise State (Sun)
Linfield at Utah Valley State (Mon)
Gonzaga at Utah (Mon)

Ft. Lewis is a little short handed this year. Should be a fun weekend for UVSC. The Linfield game should be a good test for UVSC. Another great few games in Provo this week.

You guys were pretty close in your predictions . . .
Utah Valley State College 16, University of Texas - Arlington 6
Friday's UVSC @ Ft. Lewis game reportedly to start at 3pm to take advantage of the sunlight, today's game dropped a good 25 degrees from start to end finishing in the 30's.

what's up with Utah State this year? I haven't really heard anything about them. I know they lost Fiat but what is the existing team looking like?

Andy, are you independently wealthy? You're at more of my team's games than I am!

No, independantly poor, but I couldn't care less.
Utah Valley State 16, Fort Lewis 9 (I think)
UVSC came out strong and other than a nice streak to come within 2 at 9-11 in the 3rd quarter Ft Lewis found themselves getting pelted with shots, repeatedly. Could have been a closer game, don't write off Fort Lewis. After the game two "athletic" guys came up to their coaches expressing interest in joining the team. A few more middies might be all it would have taken for this game to have gone the other way. UVSC's goalie had a good game, while FLC's new keeper showed nice signs of potential here and there, if only their clear % was better, it felt like it was close to 50%.
Props to FLC's #15 Ryan Stolley, thanks!
Good luck to UVSC in their game against Linfield!

When you've got nothing, you've got nothing to lose. Congrats to UVSC, you guys seem a force to be reckoned with.

UVSC is a great team, and I wish them the best. A very classy group of guys.

what's up with Utah State this year?
USU is running a little thin this year, 10 players have either grad or gone on to serve LDS missions. Eddie Vega last seasons head coach has moved on also, Evan Nitchman who grad last year has taken over the coaching.
It is going to be a rebuilding year.

Will there be any updates on the BYU v. Colorado game today?
