Dec. 8th South Carolina Clinic For Boys Coaches and Players

Dave Pietramala, head coach of Johns Hopkins and a former three-time All American defenseman at Hopkins, the 2007 National Champions, and Kyle Harrison, a three-time All American at Hopkins, winner of the McLaughlin award as the nations top midfielder in 2004 and 2005, winner of the Tewaaraton Trophy in 2005 will headline a clinic sponsored by STX to be held in Hilton Head-Bluffton on December 8, 2007.

Coach Pietramala, who is the only person to have won a National Championship as a player and a coach will host a coaches clinic on Saturday morning beginning at 8:30 AM. and Harrison will host a players clinic beginning at 9:00 AM. The coaches clinic will run for 2 hours and the coaches can then join Pietramala as he works with the players, on the field, from 10:30 to 12:00 PM.

The clinics will be held on the campus of USC-Beaufort's south campus which is just seven miles off I-95 along rte 278 East heading toward Hilton Head.

Golf, kayaking, and beach lounging will be options for Saturday afternoon, with the clinic staff, and then cocktails and dinner that night. It is recommended that coaches arrive on Friday evening and depart on Sunday.

Those coaches who bring players are advised to have chaperones. Rooms for coaches and players will be available for about $ 25 per person two to a room.
