Is there any word on any new teams joining the LSA? SFA is coming back finally with a support from the school and its members!!! Have a good freshman class as well. Also is UTA gonna be back this year as well?

UTA if not back this year will be back next year. There were just to many bad apples to keep the team together. The sad thing is that a lot of those guys are really talented lax players. With a school of 25k students in a major city it is just a matter of time until they come back stronger than ever!

I've heard they are going to be playing in the gulf coast league for a while before they come back to the LSA.

I'd rather have them playing with the LSA, but that's their decision.

League Meeting

Gentlemen,

We will have all the remaining t-shirts from the championships last year. So if you want one, they will be $5 each.

Also, teams that turned in their all-star ballots late need to bring their $100 late fee.

Changes

Postby Karl Lynch on Fri Sep 21, 2007 10:21 am

Guys,

I wanted to give you a heads up about some changes that we are going to talk about next week.

First, Dues. $1000 to MCLA, $500 to LSA.
Second, Commissioner. I will be recommending that we move to a professional commissioner with a salary of $2500.
Third, Readmission and admission. Lots of teams need to be ready to give their speech about why the LSA should let them back in. Don't come unprepared, don't come expecting to get back in with just an apology for last year.
Fourth, Realignment. With TCU asking to move up to Div. I, we will have to shift at least one team to the South. I will be recommending that UT move to the South.

Thanks for your time. See you on Sat.

Are teams allowed to bring as many players that want to attend? Or is their a set number?
