They must figure the teams are used to it after the way this season has gone. Actually, it might be a break for some teams; I've heard of teams playing 4 days in a row and 6 games in 7 days.

BSM 12 BLAKE 9
It was an honor to be a part of such a special game, my hat goes off to the Bears for being a class act as champs the past two years.....

I managed to see the whole Blake BSM game, and the second half of the Minnetonka Eden Prarie game. Great games were both. I have one comment: BSM does not dissapoint. They are good. Very good. They possess the ball well, consistently win faceoffs, have a stout defense, and are top to bottom the best team that I have seen play this year. I was pleasantly surprised, and look forward to a POTENTIAL Eden Prarie vs. Benilde state championship game...

The four coaches meet at MSHSL headquarters on Saturday at 10:30 am to determine the seeding for the state tournament.
Here is the agenda and instructions for the seeding meeting from the MSHSL website just in case anyone is interested.
1. Introduction of Facilitators and Coaches.
2. Pass out team information. Each team must bring to the seeding meeting enough copies for all seeding participants: a season summary that includes the date, location, and scores of all games played and overall and conference won-loss-tie records up to date.
3. Review of Process: What is said in the Room stays in the Room – Only one coach speaks for team.
4. Draw for speaking order.
5. Each team representative will have 2 minutes to give an oral presentation on his or her team before the ranking takes place. There will be 1 minute to ask any coach about their presentation.
6. Each coach will rank teams 1-3. (The coach will not include his/her own team in this ranking.) Coaches may confer with co-head coach or assistant coach. Rankings vote across – Total Down (note - a scoring grid is included in the document).
7. Rankings are due 5 minutes after the last team presentation is done.
8. Rankings are posted as tabulated for all coaches to see.
9. Rankings are totaled. Lowest total is Number 1 seed, etc.
10. The tie-breaking procedure given below will be used if needed:
11. *If two (2) or more schools are tied in the ranking by the coaches, the following method of breaking ties will be used.
(A) Each team that is tied will have 1 minute to present its case.
(B) All other coaches revote on the tied teams. (Those coaches whose teams are tied do not vote).
(C) Highest ranked team receives highest seed; next highest ranking, the next highest seed, etc.
If teams are still tied, a draw will determine the highest ranked team.
12. Teams that are not represented at the seeding meeting forfeit their right to seed.
