Calling PNCLL Alumni
I'm looking at putting a PNCLL alumni team together for Victoria & McCall this summer. Both tournaments are in August (sorry, don't have exact dates right now) and I thought it would be a pretty fun way to get together. I'll take guys that have just finished their careers (spoke to Wuerffel, Kennedy, and a few others this past weekend that seemed interested) but also would like some older guys that are interested too. I think I'll be able to at least get the jerseys and tourney fees covered. Let me know by PM or email (HiLineLax@aol.com) if you'd be interested... players from both divisions are invited.

Talk to Jason, he's been looking at doing the same! BTW, I think you'd be playing for the PNCLL team, not the alumni team this year...

I might play for both, who knows... actually I thought I'd steal the best talent (ie seniors) away from the "All-Star" team that goes to Victoria so I can beat on my guys that will play for that team... can I sign you up Kyle?

Kevin, I'd be interested in playing, but I'm laughing right now thinking about it. I play attack, & I can't image the poles on the All-Star team (think the PLU kids, or Baumstark for that matter) that wouldn't love to take my arms off for the crap I've given them over the years... We'll talk more later,

Why "Ridaho"? I could understand if this was a mix between Rhode Island and Idaho but what does the Ri stand for? If you change the name to Ry-daho we might be on to something.
I'd like in Kevin but I'm not much faster than a mall walker right now.

It doesn't actually have anything to do with the combination of the names.
Just want to throw in a good word for the Brawl in McCall. The quality of play probably isn't as good as the Victoria tournament, but the atmosphere is awesome. Watch out for the guys in pink though (WOOOOOOOZLES!!!!).

I thought we'd be able to snag Blake away from those Woozles... I mean who really wants to wear pink anyway?
Ryan- I'm sure Amy would love to let you come coach at least....

Sore subject right now Kevin! I took her out for dinner and drinks last night and she told me it was all good though. I also ran into her at the gym this morning and she was wearing a Montana lacrosse t-shirt so I think she's in it for the long-haul.
If I can run by July I hope to play in August. If not, I'll be fine with coaching. However, if Rob McQuade plays for the woozles again this summer, I'll play on any team they play. He has no left and clears like a Swedish shot putter.

Kevin, I doubt you would want to steal me away from the Woozles right now. I'll probably be their weakest spot.
And I'm always down for a good dig on McQuade. Swedish shot putter...beautiful. I still love having him in front of me on the field though.

I played in the WCLL, not the PNCLL. . . does that mean I'm only eligible to coach the team?
You think Ryan moves slow now. . .add ten years and then you can imagine my pace. . .

Jason - I'm sure we can find room for somebody who loves to take cranks at the other teams d-poles...
Plus, I know from experience that you can still lay people out...

Matt - How do we decide who gets #6? If we use age, it's mine. . .just about any other process would lead me to believe I'll be looking for a new number. . .

We can both take shots at Berggren - whoever leaves the biggest bruise gets the jersey
