We have two different correspondents trying to cover your teams (Suzie Holland on the West Side and Dave Leach on the East Side).

I'm hearing that teams reps are not returning calls and emails. These people are spending valuable time, money, and effort to try and promote your players, teams, and conference. They shouldn't have to call or email three or four times to get ahold of you.

We would appreciate your prompt cooperation if someone calls you.
