There has been talk about other SELC action closing out the regular season, but no game seems to hold more importance then this Fridays FSU v UF game in Gainesville.

UGA v Ga Tech is a great game, but I would argue that the South division holds the SELC's two best teams.

This game is a must see for SELC fans.

Game time is 8pm Friday, 4/13/07. Gainesville, FL

Didnt VT beat UF by 7? Regardless...

The winner of FSU/UF wins the South Division and the #1 seed and the losing team gets the #4. Here's where Im a little fuzzy..

1 = UF/FSU winner
2 = UGA (with win over GT) or VT (if GT wins)
3 = VT (with UGA win over GT) or GT (with win over UGA)
4 = UF/FSU loser regardless
5 = GT (if loses to UGA), UGA (with a loss to GT have lost to both FSU/UF)
6 = Clemson, NC State?

Is not guarenteed to UF/FSU winner.
If VT wins both games this weekend they will be 5-0 in divisional play. If UF wins they will be 4-0. VT wins the head to head on that since they played 2 weeks ago. All of this only if GT wins. If UGA wins and the above happens then we have a 3 way tie breaker and we go to goals allowed amongst them all since they played one another:
UGA- 11 and 8= 19
VT- 8 and 12= 20
UF- 15 and 7= 22

So UGA would be #1 seed, VT #@ and UF #3.

And yes, USC, CU and NCSU are all battling for the #2 spot in the North Division

A lot happening this weekend....
