Look for ASU to beat Cal by 20 and take out some of their frustration on being shafted in today's poll.

I'm curious how you figure they got shafted. So they beat oregon at the end of a long and extremely difficult road trip. I guarantee that Oregon was worn down at that point in the trip, and ASU still allowed 17 goals to be scored. It was a huge win for them and a good showing by the devils but defensively, 17 goals is not impressive and probably a main factor in their poll postion.

Devils had played game two games in that same time span so everyone was tired. They should at least be ranked higher than U of lAme, no arguing that.

Plus, I'm not complaining I'm just saying that they should have gotten more love for their play as of late.

17 goals! ASU has an amazing defense. I think they are in the correct spot. Arizona...maybe not. They probably got some reputation points there.

Is this what you would call "message board material" for Cal?

I love how we wear teams down for you people. I wonder if you could have beaten UO if they didn't just play two games in three days beforehand.

No, this isn't a flame. Merely speculation.

UCLA @ Texas

UCLA 14 Texas 10
Bruins were down 4-5 at half before a big 3rd quarter opened up the lead.
Game was moved to today (03/28) because of severe weather expected in Austin tomorrow.
Great win for a struggling UCLA squad.

I guess you will get to prove yourself against "U of lAme" on April 14th.

ASU should probably be one spot ahead of U of A, just based on the fact that U of A has the losses to Oregon and Northeastern where ASU has the win over Oregon and no result vs. Northeastern. Other than that, their records are almost identical.

Comparing ASU to FSU is pretty complicated since their schedules are so different. LaxPower has them as a dead heat.

I can't really find someone above ASU that I can definitely argue should be below them.

With Michigan, Arizona, and the WCLL tournament ahead, ASU will have its chances to prove itself. Some poll in March will be forgotten soon enough.

Nonetheless, the playoff committee is going to have its hands full depending on how the conference tourneys play out. Dallas is going to be interesting. I'm looking forward to some wildly differing opinions in the online bracket pool.
