What does everyone think? Who is the hardest hitting/most physical defense in the league? or at least the most consistent?

I haven't seen them yet, but I hear NE has a monster defense. All players well over 6 foot, and fast! Not to mention Sini, one of the best in the nation, between the pipes.

that what i have heard as well. NE has some big dogs back there. I also heard both colorado teams (CU/CSU) can bang it. Last year i thought Mich. hit pretty hard too.

NE? c'mon Dan, you live in Boston, it's NU. For some reason that annoys me. Like when Bridgewater State is referred to as BWS, instead of BSC.

NU does have some size, and will wreck havoc this year.

Morris, any interest in coaching my JV's at King Philip? (KP)

I just wanted to note that NU's defense, while being decidedly one of the best physical and hard hitting defenses, also seems to be putting up a lot of offensive points. Collectively, the defense - including LSM - have 6 points in the last 4 games.

Knowlton (D) - 2g 2a
Lang (D) - 1a
Bragdon (LSM) - 1g
