how is the tourney set up? I know two tops seeds from both a and b divisions get the byes so is it top 6 teams from each division? Or is it the top 2 teams from each conference?

Division A (North, Central and South Divisions)
Top 2 teams from each division

Division B (North and South Divisions)
Top 3 teams from each division
