I saw that there was a $5 ticket fee for these games I was wondering if that covers all the games for that day, I am planning going to the saturday games and would just like to know since I'll be traveling from mankato that day.

$5 gets you a wristband that provides access to all the games of the weekend.

Where is parking? Is there a parking lot close by?

Parking will be a challenge.

The field is in the heart of The Town of Dink. Known to outsiders as Dinkytown.

The entrance is on the West side of the Bierman Fieldhouse, inside the Nagurski Complex. It's a long brick building, and the door is simply labled Event Entrance. There is no place to park along the building on 15th st. The most likely parking spaces will be along the cross streets near the Bierman building.

South of the field, there is some parking available on 8th st. If you check Google maps, you can see a football field. Just south of that field on 8th st. is where I usually try to park.

Part of the fun of an urban campus, parking is always a challenge at the U of M.

I hope this helps, if you need more information, please let me know.

Good Luck to Minnesota and UMD

If that is fun, I'd hate to see what a "smashing great time" is....

mom wants to know if there is going to be bleachers

No bleachers or other seating is available. We're playing in the football teams practice facility, so there isn't more than ten yards or so on either side of the field.

It's a tight fit in there. You can bring chairs, but you'll be really close to the action, so tell ma to keep her head up.

I did see a mom get run over in a lacrosse game while sitting in a chair. It was really scary and really funny when she got up.

Absolutely - there are fire marshal limits that will be observed at a minimum.
