One more discussion starter for the day...In your opinion who will have the best offense in the league this year? Who will have the best defense?

My bet:

Offense: Florida State or Georgia - Both teams have great attackmen returning as well as depth at middie
Defense: Georgia Tech or Virginia Tech - GT returns entire D including Co Defensive MVP of the SELC, VT loses McCardell and their outstanding goalie but always have the best middie defense in the league
