2. NCSU (2-0, wins over App St. 9-1 and Duke 7-4)

4. Elon (1-1 Win over Duke, Loss to UMD)
5. UNC (1-1 Win over UMD, loss UVA)
6. Duke (0-2 Loss to UVA, NCSU)
7. App St. (0-2 Loss NCSU, UVA)
Duke beat App St. 8-4 in the 6/7 Playin game.
UMD beat Duke 12-4, then UMD beat NCSU 8-6 in a tight game.
Elon beat UNC by 1, then loss to UVA 12-2.
Tomorrow UVA plays UMD for the championship. Both teams looked really good should be a good game.
In SELC action Elon will play NCSU for 3rd, and App St. will rematch Duke.

Final scores from Sunday:
UMD vs. UVA : 13-10 UVA won the whole thing betting defending champion UMD and not losing a game all weekend. It was a fun game to watch, both teams have a ton of talent.
Elon vs. NCSU : NCSU beat Elon 10-3 in a pretty typical fall ball game. A lot of PT for all players, and a very hard fought game(sloppy at times).
Duke vs. App St : Didn't get the final but Duke beat App St.
It was a fun weekend, any SELC teams that are interested it will be held again next year around the same time(weekend before thanksgiving).

so that's what was happening on the lacrosse fields this weekend...at one point during the radio broadcast of the Lehigh-Duke men's soccer game, the Maryland-Virginia lacrosse games got brought up because of a whistle that the broadcaster thought came from the soccer game...

Thats pretty funny.
Actually, during halftime of the championship game between Maryland and UVA they played the national anthem for the soccer game, and everyone on the field stopped and took off their helmets and turned to the flag. Was pretty good timing.

It was definitely perfect timing with halftime and the national anthem...from where I was, it was awesome to watch Maryland and Virginia turn for the anthem....not sure of how many people saw it, but it was a cool thing to see.
