Good luck to the UMD squad as they head out on a challenging road trip - Miami, OH, Lindenwood and Illinois. You guys can and should take all three. Good luck at the Wood!

I echo laxfan25. Good luck to UMD on the road. I'm sure you'll represent the UMLL well. Also good luck to NDSU playing in a battle of the Dakota's this weekend. South Dakota edged them 7-3 in the fall.

The UMD coach was forecasting that it could be a very close game, and he was dead on. Was it ever more than a one-goal differential? Must have been a very exciting game to watch and unfortunately a heartbreaker to lose. Let's bounce back!

Aaaaarrrgghhh!! Another one goal loss for the DuLax men! They've got to just be dying - moral victories for games well played don't make the hurt go away any easier.
Just went to the UMD website - another road trip to Carolina to play NC State and Wake Forest - sounds like a nice trip. I'm surprised that they don't play St. John's, who may be their best in-state competition. (No offense Chris!).

Duluth in Missouri

Tough losses in Missouri. Speaking from personal experience, having lost to Miami last year, I know how tough of a team they are. They have athletic middies and aggressive defensemen. Looks like Lindenwood is fo rizzle and a team to be reckoned with. Good luck against Illinios, make the UMLL proud.

UMD 11
Illinois 5

Miami of Ohio has some great attackmen, defensemen and a strong goalie.

Lindenwood was a gracious host, played strong and had a nice win v. Miami of Ohio today 7-3. Lindenwood's Jason Coombs, Zach Pashea, long stick Zeis and their goalie really stood out to me. They are fast, aggressive and well coached.

Illinois Hooper and Sutherland were strong "prime time" players, as was Andrew Kohl (fr.) at midfield.

From the GRLC board:
Coach Graff, is one of the biggest class acts you will find in the USL MDIA.

And he is a Harvard grad.

Hey Coach, get Pete Nelson going!
