Anybody know how the vote went last night for district 196?
Would be Apple Valley, Eastview, Eagan and Rosemount going varsity.

The vote doesnt go till next week but the local paper and people have been saying that all the ADs have contacted the head coaches from every team. All were interested and sounds like it is going to become varsity. But who knows, only rumors

From a Pioneer Press article today (8/18) titled
Lacrosse nets more young Minnesotans
"The Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan School District officially added boys and girls lacrosse Monday. A $120,000 budget will help start a dozen teams throughout the district.
South Washington County Schools voted last night to add lacrosse at Woodbury and Park high schools."
With teams like Park and Rosemount founding teams that were not there before, 32 teams seems reachable for lacrosses MSHSL first year.
