Elonlax- do you really think these teams will be that inconsistent this weekend? I think the biggest unknown is that it's VA Tech's opening weekend. In the past, they have opened against teams like Clemson, but I still see them winning both of these games.

Hugh-

Good point. 2 years ago VT came down to Knoxville for their first game of the year and won by 1 to a UT team that only had 5 wins that season. Seems like VT gets stronger as their season progresses year in year out.

...I think that same year UT beat FSU by 1 in OT in Tallahassee.

It still haunts me. We just didn't have an answer for your attackman #15. Everything else we did seemed to be ok but that one guy killed us.

SVU 12, Western Carolina 5. I would like to thank WCU for coming up to play this game. They were short a few players who took off for Spring break. They played really hard and both teams had a good time. The field was rather sloppy from the snow and rain we had from earlier in the week.

Elon 10 - SCAD 4 more of a blowout than the score suggests elon was up 4-1 at half time and then the reserves started playing

Georgia Tech by 3 or 4 over Indiana
10-7 or 10-6 I believe.

Indiana is a quality program that has the ability make to some noise in the CCLA.
