So it turns out I'm busy to night, birthday party, but I will be doing a quick write up for this, probably tomorrow night. The short of it was Oregon was capable of playing better & Zona was beatable. As of now Oregon is scheduled to play Texas tomorrow, but Joe is doing his best to get that rescheduled. It will hopefully be FSU or Lindenwood. Talk to you guys soon, maybe tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the write up. A couple things I noticed 1) Where was Coffman? MVP of the PNCLL and not a goal or assist, Zona must have done a monster job of shutting him down 2) Who is Privette? I can't find anything about him on the PNCLL website or uslia.org.

Coffman wasn't very active off ball, and #4 from Zona along with the rest of the defense did a good job. Rarely was he allowed to get any time or room for a shot.
Oregon had what sounded like a tough game against Lindenwood. I'm sure Sonny and his guys are working hard on the write up right now. From what I heard Oregon was down 7 going into the fourth and just started to light it up. I do know that Joe was clearing the bench early, I'm not sure how intense the game was from the start.
Chris, thanks for the heads up.

So...they've been having trouble with the internet at the fields so we haven't been able to get all the coverage we had intended at
www.grizlax.com. Will is working hard to keep the updates coming, but it looks like we will only be able to do pre and post game updates...sorry. As for the tournament...absolutely perfect lacrosse weather today in Texas. We watched some of the Oregon game this morning, only really got to see their bench guys, but heard they're starters were back in the 4th to make a statement. Good luck to them tomorrow. We had a pretty good game all around today. Joe English played awesome on the D and got his first career goal. Colin Connery was unbelievable in the cage...so fun to watch. The "big 3" at our attack all had great games and Bagley, McCarthy, and David Malcolm had huge days at the midfield. Good luck to Southwestern tomorrow...classy guys. We're off to carb up and get ready for Claremont tomorrow.

Privette was a guy on our team, but ended up getting pulled cause of his parents after winter term cause of grades. One of the freshman, Clay Knope, took his number once Grant left the team, so it was actually Clay that scored and has been playing well.
