Div. A Playoff Scene

So, with a win by UNT over SMU, has UNT clinched themselves a playoff berth in the Div. A Playoffs North.?
In Div. A South, TSU has clinched, how about A&M and the #3 team (possibly Rice?)
So, in my crazy mind, the seeds are as follows:
North
#1 Tech
#2 UT
#3 UNT
South
#1 TSU
#2 A&M
#3 Rice
Are these, all but set in stone, minus a loss by Tech vs. UNT?
Tech and TSU with 1st round byes.
UT vs. UNT in the North (game played in Dallas),
A&M vs. Rics (game played in Houston?)
Does the winner of UT vs. UNT play Tech? Conversely,
Does the winner of A&M vs. Rice play TSU?

Keeping LSA Div. A North in mind,
Tech is 3-0 with two games left (UNT and Baylor).
UNT is 3-1 with one game left (Tech).
Nothing is set in stone yet. However, the picture will be crystal clear this weekend when Karl Lynch announces the LSA playoff seedings.

For the Final Four, the #1 seed in the south will play the #2 seed in the north and the #1 team in the north will play the #2 team in the south.

In your senario the winner of the UT/UNT game would play the South #1..which is TSU, and the winner of the A&M/Rice game would play the North #1...Tech. But as Brent said. We aren't done playing just yet.

Search the LSA forum for eligibility of rules or something like that. That topic (over Div. 1 Football and LSA lacrosse) has been discussed thoroughly.

#2 v. #3 will play April 22 at Rice.
North is undecided in positioning, but it will be Tech, UT, and UNT.

Karl already said that that the Div. A South game between #2 (A&M) and #3 (Rice) will be played at Rice on April 22.

why isn't the rice/atm game played somewhere neutral? makes more sense, especially considering aTm has already beaten them. i say we play in austin.
