Good luck to St. Thomas this weekend against Harding. That would be a great win for the Tommies as well as for the UMLL.

What are the reasons behind Duluth playing Iowa IN St. Cloud, then playing St. Cloud in Moorhead?
Has to be field time or...?

My goal in scheduling is too see how badly I can screw each team and then I keep track of the team generating the most complaints and give an award at the end of the year.
You've just put Duluth in the lead.
It's tremendously difficult to balance the number of home site, the number of officials, and the 2-3 weeks we have to play outdoors. When Easter falls on the last week of March or in April, we lose another weekend of play. My objective is to give every team a minimum of one home game and place games in geographically similar areas to minimize travel.
In this specific case, Moorhead hosted SCSU in 2005. This year SCSU gets to host Moorhead. UMD happens to be on the other side of the equation.

From Eau Claire...
UWEC 3 - Bethel 6
Sloppy play by both teams. Dumb penalties by UWEC.

Why is there no love for St. John's in games that are supposed to be close like St. Cloud? We are supposed to be upset by every team that we play where it is supposed to be close and we beat them.

For those looking for the fields for the St. Cloud Moorhead game and the subsequent ISU/UMD Game, I just received notice that they will be held at Selke Field.
Here are directions I pulled from a Rugby site that take you from I94 to the field:
The field is enclosed by a brick wall.
Old Football Stadium - Selke field
Take exit #171 towards St. Cloud - go 3.5 Miles
Turn Right on 22nd St S go - 0.2 miles
Turn Left on Clearwater Road - go 0.5 miles
Continue on 9th Ave S - go 0.4 miles
Turn Right on 10th St. S - go 0.6 miles
10th St S becomes Michigan Ave SE - go .05 miles
Turn Left on 10th St SE
Use the address below if you are getting driving directions to the field:
1500 10th Ave SE
St. Cloud, MN
When I used that address on Mapquest, the directions were essentially the same and did get one to the field.

From Cattle County-
St Thomas- 10
Harding- 7
Hard fought game. 4-4 At halftime. Harding played well, great possesion offense and a great group of guys, true "southern gentleman."
UST looks to go undefeated in OOC play tomorrow vs the Bluejays of Creighton.
