Ladies and Gentlemen, after an exciting week of OOC and inter-conference play in week 4, here's the LSA action for week 5, as well as my picks.

February 24, 2006

Florida State (3-0) vs. Texas A&M (3-1) 9:00pm ... Florida State convincingly, but should be a great game to watch.

February 25, 2006

Houston (0-2) vs. University of Texas (4-0) 1:00pm ... Look for UT to flex some muscle in this one.
SFA (0-1) vs. Oklahoma (0-4) 1:00 pm ... maybe?
Austin (0-1) vs. St. Edward's (3-0) 1:00 pm ... St. Ed's takes this.
UT Arlington (1-2) vs. Dordt (0-1) 10:00 am ... Should be a good game.
Southwestern University (0-2) vs. Texas State (2-3) 1:00pm ... Texas State takes it after an exhausting weekend in Cali.
Oklahoma State (0-2) vs. Baylor (1-1) 2:00pm ... OSU in a close one.
Texas A&M (3-1) vs. Michigan State (0-0)3:30pm ... Michigan State in a close one.

February 26, 2006

Texas A&M (3-1) vs. Georgia IT (2-0) 10:00am .. Georgia Tech takes this one on home turf. Gonna be a hard weekend for the Ags with a tough line-up like this all in three days.
Austin (0-1) vs. Southwestern (1-0) 12:00 pm
Oklahoma State (0-2) vs. Southern Methodist (1-5) 12:00pm .. SMU heats back up in this game after a COLD weekend in Missouri.
Houston (0-2) vs. St. Edward's (3-0) 12:00pm .. Houston by a few. St. Ed's should give 'em a good fight.
UT Arlington (1-2) vs. Harding (1-0) 1:00 pm .. Harding looks to be a solid team this year.
Baylor (1-1) vs. Texas Christian (0-2) 2:00pm .. Baylor takes this, by 8.

Please note all team win/loss records are unofficial, but are most accurate per the USLMDIA.org website.

Good luck this week everyone!

The best way I have heard Dordt described to me is that they are a bunch of Corn Fed IOWA boys.

They will bring a good game, but we have been improving every game of the year.

The school may be in Iowa but they only have 9 Iowans on their roster (less than half):

Man I love how no one is giving us a chance to win this weekend. I mean do yall think we are that bad? We gave St. EDs a good game this past weekend and that should be worth something. Come on now, no offense to OU but this is their first year and we have a good team. But we will see this weekend and who knows what will happen. Goodluck OU and we will see yall in Norman on Sat.
