If an A Division team and a B Division team square off against each other, does the win/loss count toward a teams league record (or at least the games that count towards playoffs)?

No Avs B team games will not count towards the play-offs. The games each team plays in their respective North & South divisions plus an additional three "cross over " games will be the ones that count. All of these games are identified on the schedule
