1 Texas A & M 84.90 32 1- 0- 0
2 Texas State 82.40 33 1- 0- 0
3 24 Arizona State 79.40 35 1- 0- 0
4 23 Texas Tech 78.40 37 1- 0- 0
5 California 77.40 13 1- 0- 0
6 UCLA 77.40 28 2- 0- 0
7 SMU 76.40 11 0- 1- 0
8 Loyola Marymount 75.40 21 1- 1- 0
9 Baylor 72.40 25 0- 1- 0
10 Rice 69.90 5 0- 1- 0

I got a glimpse of this and thought it was pretty funny to see 6 LSA teams in the top 10 for Power Rankings.

You can not overlook St. Edwards from Div. B. Right now, they are at the top of the hill with a 1-0 record according to Laxpower. :) Just don't want to overlook our Div. B brethren. Oh, yes, I forgot that Oklahoma is in the middle of the pack, too.

C'mon guys, Laxpower has to be the most accurate way that I know of for ranking teams, well, right behind pulling names out of a hat.

It helps that the LSA is the only conference playing so far.

I may be in the LSA doghouse for saying this, but realistically, I know things will change come Monday, Feb. 6 when we check out Laxpower again. YET, several LSA teams will feel good for the whole week seeing themselves at the top spot, and hopefully they will remain that way. Crossing my fingers.

So should the USLIA adopt Laxpower to determine who should play in the National Championship game. Our own little BCS.
