I received an email tonight from Wabash College (IN) regarding their desire to schedule a game later this spring. In doing a little research on them, I found that at one point they were a member of the CCLA back before the GRLC broke away. Since I am new to the GRLC myself, I am unfamiliar with Wabash and their situation.
Just wondering if anyone in the CCLA might have some info on them. Good, bad or indifferent, anything would help.
Thanks,
Ethan

Wabash
Ethan:
Sorry I was obtuse in my response. It had been an interesting night when I wrote my last message (Beatles quote?) I did play with who I believe were a couple of guys from Wabash College back in the late 90's. They were up for a couple of games against Detroit club teams.
If I remember correctly we were playing at Oakland University. I was playing for a team called Motor City. The Wabash guys, who had a meager turn out, were a very respectable lacrosse team. Most of their guys left for home and we still had another game. A couple of Wabash guys stuck around to help us out as we were short on middies.
Great guys who had goatees at the time and hung out on the field afterwards for brown pops. It was one of those Sunday club lacrosse experiences you never forget.
