PCLL Division A and B Eligibility

This topic will be used to keep teams updated regarding the Division B and Division A eligibility forms I have received. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to e-mail me or PM me.

Division A Process (first check only)
---------------------
1. Registrar Certifies roster in time frame stated
2. Fax copy to Doug Carl by stated date
3. Team retains copy
4. Original sent to Gregg Pathiakis to be received prior to first game

Division B Process (first check only)
---------------------
1. Registrar Certifies roster in time frame stated
2. Team retains copy
3. Fax copy to Gregg Pathiakis by stated date
4. Original sent to Gregg Pathiakis to be received prior to first game
NOTE: If original will be received in the mail by the due date for the fax, there is no need to fax as well.

Make sure the team's main contact's phone number is included ON THE FORM. My fax number is 978-374-8895. You may fax at any hour you please. My address for sending is 6 Colonial Farm Road, Haverhill, MA 01832.

A Division (this will only be updated concerning the original)

Boston College: certified between 2/18 and 2/25, fax and original received by 3/4
Boston University: certified between 3/3 and 3/10, fax and original received by 3/17
Bridgewater State: certified between 2/17 and 2/24, fax and original received by 3/3
Connecticut: certified between 3/12 and 3/19, fax and original received by 3/26
New Hampshire: certified between 3/12 and 3/19, fax and original received by 3/26
Northeastern: certified between 2/10 and 2/17, fax and original received by 2/24
Rhode Island: certified between 3/11 and 3/18, fax and original received by 3/25
Stonehill: certified between 2/22 and 3/1, fax and original received by 3/8
US Coast Guard Academy: certified between 3/4 and 3/11, fax and original received by 3/18
WPI: certified between 3/6 and 3/13, fax and original received by 3/20

B Division

Central Connecticut State: certified between 3/24 and 3/31, faxed by 4/7
Framington State: certified between 3/11 and 3/18, faxed by 3/25
Maine - Orono: certified between 3/19 and 3/26, faxed by 4/2
New Haven: certified between 3/11 and 3/18, faxed by 3/25
Rochester: certified between 3/26 and 4/2, faxed by 4/9
Salem State: certified between 3/3 and 3/10, faxed by 3/17

All eligibilty questions must be directed to John Paul or Doug Carl, as I have left my position for personal reasons.

I still retain my PCLL posts and eligibility forms must still be sent in the mail to me.
