This topic will be used to keep teams updated regarding the Division B eligibility forms I have received. If you have any questions about the process, feel free to e-mail me or PM me. Remember, no hard copies need to be sent to me. It is only required that you fax the form to me. Your team should keep a copy of the original and the original should be sent to your conference.
