The application process has been updated and is ready for all teams to input their data. This email explains how the process will work, please distribute to your Conference teams.
Go to: www.uslmdia.org/admin
Login with your team's username/password
Note: All Conference Directors have the ability to look up and disseminate this information to their teams
Click on the Applications link
The new Applications page will now come up and show "Returned 1 applications"
Note:
This application is from last year and cannot be edited. We will be keeping a history of application data throughout each playing year.
In the upper right corner of your Browser and underneath the Log Off area you will see the word Add
Click on Add
This will bring up last year's application data; you can now use last year's data and edit it to make it current for this year. When that is completed (please note there are new fields and questions for this year which will be blank), press the Submit button at the bottom of the page.
Once that button is pressed it will create the Application page for this playing season.
FYI...you can go into the Add page and look around without disturbing or setting this playing year, as long as you do NOT press the submit button. Once you press the submit button you will generate the data on that page as your application for this year.
