Anyone got any good information on all the Division B teams? Who looks good? Bad? What about the new teams Western Oregon, Southern Oregon, Albertson and the ones that dropped down from A like PLU?
We (Willamette U.) played at the tournament at Lewis and Clark and there was pretty good competition. Central Washington was by far the most organized, looks like they have a coach dedicated to the team and the team is dedicated to the coach, said they had been practicing 5 days a week for awhile, and that was in November.
Lewis and Clark was fairly solid, I don't think they had all their players, and neither did we. Evergreen looked very solid, probably the best all around group, unfortunately they have folded.
Our team lost our two top scorers and our goalie. We got back one of our all-star attackmen from 2003 who was abroad last year and we have a new goalie who picked up a stick for the first time at the tournament and recorded some amazing saves and amazing save percentage there. We look forward to the new season.
Any info on all the B teams will be great, thanks guys.

I don't think anyone wants to let the cat out of the bag... Rumors make it sound like EVERYONE believes they can win it all. WWU, PLU, UPS, Montana, Whitman, Linfield and so on... Who knows... WWU has a ton of talent, Whitman graduated no one, the games need to start soon... I also want to know who's going to be the best.

Yeah true, I realized after I made that post that people would think that I was trying to get them to "let something slip." But mainly I was just wondering what people were returning, what they saw at any tournaments and so forth.

Since none of the teams want to speak out, I'll trade a little info for some in return. University of Montana, Western Washington, Central Washington, and Whitman were all at the Gem State Tournament this year. I played against two of the teams, and watched the rest. If someone wants to give me a scouting report on PLU, UPS, Gonzaga and Linfield...I'd be more than happy to give you one on what I saw in the Fall.

You'll see us play just before we play you, but I'd remember that the Fall is not the Spring. Last season, we were beaten in every Fall game that we played, but ended up winning the league. Who won that tournament? Good luck this season!

U of U ended up winning the tournament. We (BSU) came in second. I believe that Whitman and Western had the best tournament records out of the PNCLL teams that came. We're all looking forward to having PLU and UPS come to town...should be a couple of good games.
