Your Rosters - signed and "embossed" with the university seal can be faxed AND mailed by the dates indicated in prior e-mails. Remember you may "update" them as the season progresses. Just don't play players before getting them approved and signed/stamped, submitted to the proper national authority, AND THEN ADDED TO THE OFFICIAL ROSTER BY THE NATIONAL AUTHORITY. You must wait until the players are added to the active roster before they play.

1.TEAMS: When e-mailing Coach Carl, please put school name in subject line of all emails. Some names/ addresses are not self evident and it will help him enormously. INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER IN CASE HE HAS QUESTIONS.

2. Adding players once a roster has been locked is done by DOUG CARL ONLY. If you have an addition, email DOUG the players name and jersey number. If possible (and it should be possible) scan and include as a file the verified/signed/stamped verification of 12 hour/credit status. NOTE - you do not have to reverify the whole roster for an addition. Then ALSO send original to:

3. PLEASE DO NOT REQUIRE SIGNATURE FOR RELEASE DELIVERY OF FEDEX OR OTHER MAILINGS. SOMETIMES THIS MEANS YOU HAVE TO WAIVE THE REQUIREMENT. IF you do not waive signature release, your delivery will be delayed.

BUMP - NOTICE CHANGES FOR ADDITION OF PLAYERS

I like that idea of putting school names in the subjects of the e-mails and a contact phone number in the message. Please do this for Division B as well. Also, if you are having trouble faxing (should be no problem now, just don't give up if you hear the answering machine.. the fax machine will pick up during the announcement), you can call me at 978-204-1166.
