It was a great tournament you could really tell that they put a lot of time and effort into it. It was also a lot of fun to have the girls tourney goign on at the same time, great idea. It was one of the better run fall tourneys that we have been a part of.

Sounds like fun. How does ND look compared to last year?

They are greatly improved over last year. I was impressed on how they played on saturday even though a good portion of the team drank previously at their homecoming football game earlier that day. They only lost to UST by 2 goals.

...and UST has only lost to SJU by 1 goal in each of their last three games. It will be interesting to see how teams perform when the season comes

STU SJU was an exciting game to watch. SJU scored with just seconds left on the clock to win.

That's awesome. Tony is a great guy, and I hope him and his team do well this year.

Guys - let's remain positive. The great thing about athletics is that teams have a opportunity to resolve things on the field. Let's allow that to happen.

This was another great tournament. The dragon lacrosse team worked really hard on this tournament and again it turned out better than any year before. Every year they strive to make this tournament better. I wanted to congradulate St. John's and St. Thomas. It was an exciting championship game St. Thomas was down by a goal and St. John's received a penalty in the last 4 mins. St. Thomas had its chances! Also about NDSU they are becoming a better team they still need to have more than 13 or 14 guys show up for games once they start getting 20 - 25 guys look out!

The only down fall of the tournament was a mirror that was broken at the social. This happening ended the social early. We are making the situation right with the facilities but it would be nice if the person or team he belongs too would come forward and accept responsibility. This is an event that is too common at our tournament.

Thanks to all teams that participated!

The reason I know its not someone from our team is two reasons. First, I preach about this every year and second two of the last three years the police have arrested the people involved in these events. So I know what teams have been involved and they havent been invited back. I just want this team and this league to be looked at as a classy group elite individuals and with these occurences that will never happen.

Just so you know, I wasn't implying anything about your team and who was or was not responsible; I was just making a joke about the bad luck associated with breaking a mirror. I have officiated games for your team in the past and was always very impressed with the team's level of sportsmanship.
