Divison A & B?????

I was wondering what the main differences are between division A teams and division B teams, and how each school is placed in a division. Probably an easy one to answer but we are bunch of rookies from down south.

If you have a NCAA D1 football team you are in A. You can petition up if you want if you are in B and want to play A. A is just usually bigger schools, hence the NCAA D1 football deal and they have been around a little bit longer and have a more solid base.

They have not all been around longer, Idaho just joined the league. It has everything to do with what he said first, just ignore the part about being around longer and having a base,
