Because of the hurricane, Tulane's fall semester has been cancelled. Obviously there will be no team this fall, and the tournament will be cancelled. See you all in the spring.

Please read Tulane University's President Scott Cowen's daily announcement at http://emergency.tulane.edu in the Water Cooler in which he had to make a very difficult decision to cancel the entire fall semester at Tulane. To find that announcement, look for the third page of the thread on Hurricane Katrina and look for Sonny's posting of Tulane's website. I know this should belong in the Water Cooler, but since Tulane is part of LSA. I am sure Tulane is fortunate to have Scott Cowen who wants to communicate with the Tulane University community.

We at LSA wish the Tulane men's lacrosse team our best wishes as you all will be at different universities this semester. We look forward to seeing you at the fall meeting though as well as in the spring.

I have heard that some Tulane students have found their way to schools in the LSA, including UT-Austin, and SMU to name a few. Do you know if any lacrosse players are attending these schools? If so, will they be able to participate in fall ball at another LSA school? Could be a welcome distraction from all the stresses they have/will endure(d).

Brad Kaufman - Junior Attackman who initially attended SMU, transferred to Tulane, and now finds himself back in Dallas for good. He's excited, and so are we to have him again.
