Angelos, Jordan Columbus OH Upper Arlington OH Midfield

Maag, Kyle Orem UT Mountain View UT Midfield
Terry, Colin Highland UT Lone Peak UT Midfield
Johnson, Jeff St. Louis MO MICDS MO Midfield
Redd, Preston Utica MI Eisenhower MI Attack
Gerard, David Falls Church VA Langley VA Attack
Shumway, Andrew South Jordan UT Brigham UT Attack
Guynn, Steve New Canaan CT New Canaan CT Attack
Smith, Murphy Hamden CT Hamden Hall CT LSM
Dowland, Jared Draper UT Alta UT Defense
Foulger, Preston Potomac MD Bullis School MD Defense

Seems like a typical class for Coach Lamb, one player from Upper Arlington, one from a top program in Maryland, two from top publics in Virginia, and the rest Utah boys.

Angelos is (I'm assuming) the brother of Ryan Angelos, a pretty solid middie for the Cougars a couple years ago. He may still have eligibility, not quite sure.
Always on point . . .

Ryan Angelos is currently serving a mission and will indeed have eligibility when he returns.

Is Hier the only other player lost to a mission from last year? Didn't Mark Davis serve his mission prior to coming to the Y?

Ryan Angelos and Justin Hier both have three years of eligibility remaining. Coincidentially, they are both serving in the same mission in the Dominican Republic.

byualum,

Mark went straight from high school to serving a mission in Perth. I had the chance to hang out with the kid while over there for the Lax World Games. He even got to go to one of the USA games with us.
