-Early showdown between Baylor and Texas in Waco. Noteworthy, Baylor has to turn around and play a tough TX State San Marcos team the following day on the road.
-Houston travels to A&M to participate in the showcase game under the lights and in front of the thirty teams who will participate in the annual Texas A&M High School Tourney.
-Metroplex showdown between UNT and UTA

Wow, looks like a tuff weekend for Baylor, back to back games ut and tsu! I feel that the bu vs. ut game will be a close one. No matter how much more talent texas has over baylor, baylor still plays them close. Texas will win the game late, due to more depth. Baylor vs. TSU, another good game, almost the reversed situation, TSU always plays baylor tuff. But late rally by baylor they win by 3.

Is the Baylor face-off guy still playing? If not, then Texas will take this easily. It always seemed like that guy was good for at least six goals a game.

The Baylor face-off guy, #1 Neil Warf(sp?), was playing for them in the fall at our tournament and was just as dominant as he was last spring.
TCU should be competive in the B division, they lost 13-8 to SFA at SFA this past weekend. It will take them a while to get back to their old form.
I was hoping to have one game down before we played UNT, but we weren't allowed to play on our fields because of the rain so we have rescheduled the UTD game for this sunday. We played UNT at our fall tournament and lost by one, so it should be a good game.

Gary...I was just curious about that guy because there was talk at A&M's fall tournament that he wasn't going to play in the Spring. Oh well...good for them.
Jessexy - there is a new guy (Grayson sp?) running the team now. He should do well up there.

Look at Team Viva all over the message boards. Must be bored at work. Right there with ya. I'm making my debut on the message board. I know it's hard to believe. By the way, where is TAMU33? No where to be found. His computer must be broken. Anyway, just wanted to say what's up to Jessexy, LaxC21, and CP18. Where did you get that fancy logo?

You have to venture to the new aggielacrosse website thanks to our web designer Nathan Tabb.
Oh...you can find TAMU33 on here a few times although he has been really quite.

yes the face off middie for baylor, #1, was playing. yes he did hurt us but not so much in scoring as he did ball movement and assists. he is a talented ball player, but so is the rest of the team. i would like to thank them for traveling all the way to the crummy town of stillwater to play in the snow against us. the team was very respectfull and the two guys that hung out with us that night were good guys to talk with. have fun and good luck with the rest of your season.

Hi, all
I'm new to this posting business. A friend told me about this site and that someone had mentioned TCU Lacrosse, so I figured I'd check it out.
I started the TCU Men's team back up last year, after it had been disbanded in 2002 for a series of infractions by players and coaches alike. This past season, we enjoyed a 5-0 record in the Gulf Coastal Lacrosse League. It's a great league for start-up teams, which is what we were/are. Getting back in the hang of things, with a full schedule against USLIA-B Division teams, is no easy task.
We're essentially a young, talented team trying to shake off a bad reputation. But some of the trouble-makers of yesteryear are still participating, and without a coach it's hard to make progress. Same ole story with these Texas teams--y'all know how it goes.
I'm no longer in charge of the team, though. While I still play when I can, I spend all of my free time coaching Colleyville Heritage High School's Boys Lacrosse. Incredibly fun stuff. Colleyville is D-2 in the North region... come to a game whenever you can.

Texas State defeated Baylor 13-12 in triple overtime. It was a hard fought game on both sides.
