I know we got a ways before the season begins but here is the Week 1 Thread. Post all scores, predictions and news regarding games in this thread rather then starting 14 different threads for each game.
Friday, Feb 11
#19A Mizzou at #5A Arizona
Saturday, Feb. 12
#19A Mizzou at Arizona State
SMU vs Kansas (Stillwater, OK)
#12B Harding at Lindenwood
Sunday, Feb. 12
Kansas at Oklahoma State
#12B Harding at St. Louis
Mizzou gets to see how good they are with a game against a tough Arizona team. Hawkins also gets a battle with his alma mater, ASU. Harding starts the season off with 2 tough games in the St. Lou versus some Division A teams.

Since no one else has posted a single reply to this topic (albeit still a week away) i thought I would throw my crazy 2 cents in.
Arizona over Mizzou (but who knows, maybe they can climb that rankings ladder off the bat)
Mizzou over Arizona State (they may be tired from the day before but they should be able to take them)
SMU over Kansas (if it were Kansas State i might reconsider, Im eager to see if SMU can live up to the A move as well as Lindenwood did.)
Lindenwood over Harding (from what i've heard Harding is bringing a squad of about 20 where LU is supposed to be super deep. Harding may want to bring thier running shoes, and half the track team)
Oklahoma State over Kansas (Kansas may be tired and O State is new to our conference. No idea who will win, but being from OK originally I am rooting for O State.)
SLU over Harding (While I think SLU will win you still just never know with them. They have good years and bad, depending on the level of commitment I guess. But in the end SLU will be fresh where as Harding will be playing thier second A team in a row.)
Good luck to all. A little disclaimer I am just ballparking based on what I have heard and seen both this year and last. I just got tired of no one throwing out opinions, so i hope this spurs some comments.

Its actually more like 26

No arguments on LU being extremely deep.

SMU has been a Division A team for a while.

Ariz. over Mizz.
Mizz. over A State
SMU over KU
LU over Harding
KU over OSU
Harding over SLU (upset)
The only one that really needs a bit of explaining I guess is the Harding game, and thats just because I don't know anything about SLU except past records and what I hear about them from guys around the league. I got Harding because they have always had real pockets of talent scattered about the team and it is just a matter of time til the supporting cast comes together making them more of a solid team. I think 3 years is enough and Harding will eek out an upset over the A team. That and I needed an upset in here somewhere.

I think you have Kansas and Kansas State confused. Kansas is much better than KSU.
Missouri is way over-rated, and they'll lose both games out west.
AZ over Mizzou by 9
AZ State over Mizzou by 5
SMU over KU by 8
LU over Harding by 10-12
KU over Oklahoma State by 15 (blowout, boys, blowout)
SLU over Harding by 4

Ariz. over Mizz. by 6
Mizz. over A State by 5
SMU over KU by 2
LU over Harding by 17 (sorry Harding but they're strong this year!)
KU over OSU by 8
SLU over Harding by 2 (sounds like slu has their act somewhat together this year and but Harding has lots of heart to go with their talent...should be a good one!)
Oklahoma State over Kansas (Kansas may be tired and O State is new to our conference. No idea who will win, but being from OK originally I am rooting for O State.)
I'm wondering why in the world you'd think this? Apparently you have never seen OSU play. Last year was their first year ever and I don't think they even won a game, maybe 1 if that. Until they can prove themselves to be able to handle the lower tier B teams, you can never expect them to beat an A team.
I think the SMU vs. KU game will be a good test to see what kind of progress KU has entered this year with.

Arizona State 8 Missouri 6, as reported from a buddy standing at the scorer's table when the horn sounded to end the game. Heard it was a muddy one
