Make up of the league next year

When will we know the make up of the league for 2006? Is there a specific date for new members to file, creation of divisions, etc...?

not until the fall meeting. Buff and I talk to the potential teams over the summer leading up to our SELC Exec Board summer meeting so we have a feel for who is interested in joining or leaving.

Nothing to report until later in the summer.

At the spring meeting no teams lobbied to move up or down so the teams we currently have will stay put for now in their respective divisions.

Trivia question...

Has the SELC ever stayed exactly the same 2 years in a row? I do not know the answer though.

not since the mid to late 90's.

In the last number of years it has changed year to year and the 2006 season will be no different as 2 teams have already dropped out.

Not sure at this point who is looking to join, no one has contacted us at this point with serious interest and all of their paperwork in order.

Mike, I think two of the B league teams dropped out. Western Carolina and somebody else, but don't quote me on the teams!

What new teams are interested in joining the SELC, A and B?
