Any word on the scores of those games?
Sorry Gregg, but I don't think you'd want to be texting scores to London.

Looks like Northeastern is for real, defeating BC for the second time this year. Hopefully UNH can hold them off tonight and punch their ticket to MN.
Good luck to either team that makes it to MN, and lets win some games out there in the winner's bracket!

URI played very strong in the beginning, but when the rain started pouring, so did the UNH goals. They have a very fast tempo game and a close score began to widen. URI deserves a lot of credit though, they really made UNH work for it and were neck and neck in the first half.
Northeastern 8
Boston College 7
Insane game. Well played by both teams. BC rallied 4 unanswered goals in the 4th quarter to bring it within one goal with under two minutes remaining but just ran out of time. NE had BC scoreless for the 2nd and 3rd periods. Great goaltending by Craig Sini for NE. I was totally shaking like a little girl when the game ended. Outstanding drama to end a very long and rainy day.

Wow for sure...What a huge weekend for Northeastern. Let's hope they can carry the momentum into MN. I know its a very long shot, but maybe UNH can still get in with an at large bid.
Good luck NU in the tournament.

NU really did play a great game, although UNH seemed to be off a bit. It was great to see the matchup between Cook and Taylor, offensive and defensive players of the year. I'd have to give the edge to Cook, because I think I counted like 8-10 pts for him.
Congrats to NU, I hope they do well in MN.

IS BC automatically in cause of their ranking?
