Division B Teams & Leadership,

Attached is the final schedule for the Crossover which will be hosted at WIU this weekend in Macomb, IL. Please read through this email thoroughly. There is a lot of information as well as two additional attachments which need to be printed off.

SCHEDULE (see attachment):

The final schedule is attached, please make sure that you print out the schedule and have it with you during the Crossover. The schedule should be the same as listed on GRLC.org. There will be two makeup games played:

1. NIU vs. RHIT on Saturday, April 23rd at 9:00AM
2. USD vs. NWC on Sunday, April 24 at 3:00PM

Teams playing on Saturday and Sunday morning please make sure you are at the fields early to warm-up and prepare for the game!!!

WIU RELEASE WAIVER (see attachment):

Each team is responsible for printing out and having each player on their team sign the attached waiver. I would recommend having one person print out enough copies for your whole team and have ready to be turned in. Also, please include an up-to-date roster printed off from GRLC.org to include with the signed waivers. Your team will not be allowed to step on the field until the waivers are signed and handed in to WIU personnel on-site.

GOALS:

The following three teams have committed to providing one set of goals each for the Crossover: 1) WIU 2) Augustana 3) NIU

GAME FORMAT:

This has changed slightly and will now follow the format used at last year’s Crossover. For each game, a home team and away team has been assigned.

The home team is responsible for providing game balls and stat keeper(s). The away team is responsible for running the clock and filling water jugs if need be.

There will need to be at least one representative from each team to work the table.

All games will follow NCAA rules. This includes matching equipment as stated by the NCAA rulebook.

WIU will provide water jugs at each field. I would recommend each team bring their own water bottles to fill from the big jug prior to the game.

There will be a hose on or near the fields to fill up jugs if need be.

There will be a trainer table during all games.

ALL CONFERENCE BALLOT (see attachment):

Prior to leaving the crossover, each team's head coach or leadership is responsible to fill out an All Conference Ballot which is attached. Please print out before you leave for Macomb, complete after your last game, and turn in to Corbin Wilhelmi (Harding) before you leave your last game at the Crossover.
