SC State is a new A school. BT&BSLC's football team just jumped up to Div 1A. Bertha, by the way, is ineligible for this game due to being kicked out of their match vs. Southeastern Midwestern State for repeated unsportsmanlikes....she did do The Flip though....

just a note, BT&BSLC is from the NCLL...if you think they're good you should see their varsity.

Will the game be on BYUtv.com? I'd love to see it, but I'll have to TiVo it. I hate those 2AM starts, it interferes with a good night of binge drinking, which I understand is one of the majors at BT&BS.
Their cheerleading squad is an interesting blend of beefy diesel mechanics and blonde bobbleheads. They used to do a lot of overhead lifts but the girls were complaining about the free lube jobs!

the last time the wolfpack went to gainesville (03) they beat Florida in double OT and ruined the gators unbeaten season in the SELC.

11-6 GT, thanks to the vandy guys for coming out and having a good clean game. Sorry for the awful weather.

As for a summary, GT jumped out early 6-0 then vandy came back to 6-4. At the Half I think it was 7-4, then a couple of early goals inj the third made it 9-5. Rain delay for about 30 minutes due to some lightning and thunder, then GT controlled the ball put in a few more to make it 11-6. With a couple of minutes left GT was able to get some of the bench in the game for a well deserved run.

Again thanks to the Vandy for a great game, definately a very quality program they have with classy guys.

UF-Tennessee suspended after 3 quarters due to the weather. score is 5-4 in favor of UF. Game will be finished saturday at noon before the UF-NC State contest at 2pm. This of course is still dependent on the rain stopping at some point and the field draining...

UCF and NC State did not play either, Don't know what arrangements they have made if any

By any chance, can someone get pictures of the FSU-VT game tomorrow?

FSU 17
VA TECh 10

It was a great game with a lot of momemtum swings as Va tech jumped out to an early 4-2 lead. Also, at the start of the 2nd quarter FSU was able to kill a 3 minute nonreleasable penalty for an illegal stick by only giving up one goal during the penalty. then FSU scored 5 unanswered goals then VA tech got it to 6-7 and, FSU then made it 9-6 and then I believe Va Tech tied it at 9-9 and FSU led 10-9 going into the 4th quarter. Then FSU ran away with it in the 4th and I'm sure they won the majority of the ground balls throughout the game and especially in the 4th. Great game all around. Thanks to VA Tech and FSU for agreeing on Athens as a neutral site.

I guess this win over VT will hush some of the FSU haters and show that Harkins and the boys have gotten things back on track...
