I was watching the Ohio State vs. Cornell game the other day on ESPN U and saw OSU goalie Stefan Schroder score a sick goal against Cornell. My question is, has anybody ever seen a goalie in the LSA score against another goalie or in any MCLA game?

Goalies

It happens, but not too often. Usually it's more of a result of one team locking off all the other players on the field during a clear and forcing the goalie to carry the ball up. Craig Sini, Northeastern '07, scored 2 goals against New Hampshire in one game this way last year.

It does happen
Tim is right. The majority of goalie scoring comes from when a team locks off other players or throws a ten man ride. A goalie who is athletic enough is able to get away from his defender and if the opposing goalie is out of position(which is what the attackmen who is being covered is supposed to do), the goalie would have about a fifty yard pass to an open net.
Every college goalie should have that in their bag of tricks right next to the big fake high get the attackmen in the air and run around him. While running down and scoring doesn't happen all the time it does get everyone's attention on the field.

Really amazing stuff
If you ever want to go see some really amazing stuff. Try to get a chance to work or stop by one of Bill Pilat's Goalie Camps during the summer.
They are absolutely insane! Not only is the camp all goalies and the instruction was phenomenal, but the best part was the camper 10 v 10 goalie games!!
Then you really see some serious scoring, defense and play by goalies out on the field! And a bit of Facing Off as well!!!!
Such good times back in the day!
